Micro Welding Training
Bespoke Electronics is pleased to offer totally independent, custom tailored training programs to clients who wish to broaden their knowledge of micro welding and their micro welding equipment.
Typically a training session will take 4 to 8 hours and will comprise an assessment of the client equipment and the on-site staff knowledge. With this information, typical training sessions will then develop from a basic overview and presentation through into Q&A sessions, along with hands-on operation and experimentation with the micro welding equipment.
Such training sessions are typically directed at the equipment operators, production managers and supervisors, with the broad aim of building confidence and understanding amongst all of the staff involved.
It is not uncommon to find micro joining equipment setups that have remained for the most the same as the day the equipment was first installed and setup. More often than not, many staff simply have not been fully trained on how the equipment really works and how adjustments can be made to optimise their processes.
In building staff knowledge and confidence, a training session often leads to staff being able to perform their own welding trials and equipment optimisation as they go forward.
Further more, by including a broad range of staff with different knowledge bases, a training session is the ideal way to share that in-house knowledge and to rapidly bring those with less experience, up to speed.
